Les contrats vont de 12 à 48 mois. La mensualité est ferme sur toute la durée, et les conditions de renouvellement ou d'extension de flotte sont prévues au contrat.

Que se passe-t-il en cas de panne ou d'accident ?

Le véhicule est pris en charge par le garage interne Fleetch à Abidjan et un véhicule de remplacement est mis à disposition sous 24 h. Les sinistres sont gérés intégralement par les équipes Fleetch avec leurs partenaires assureurs.

Comment fonctionne la facturation ?

Une facture mensuelle unique couvre l'ensemble de la flotte et des services : location, maintenance, assurance et GPS.

How long are the LTR contracts?+

Our contracts run from 12 to 48 months depending on your needs. The monthly fee is firm for the whole term, and renewal or fleet-extension terms are set out in the contract.

What happens in case of breakdown or accident?+

The vehicle is handled by our in-house garage in Abidjan and a replacement vehicle is provided within 24 h. Claims are managed entirely by our teams with our insurance partners — nothing for you to do.

How does billing work?+

One single monthly invoice covering the whole fleet and all services: rental, maintenance, insurance, GPS. A format designed to simplify your accounting and budget forecasts.
